Donnie Shtylla, Head of Wine at ALBA London, brings over 15 years of experience at the highest level of the wine industry. His career includes some of London’s most prestigious institutions, including The Savoy Hotel, Annabel’s Members’ Club, and several Michelin-starred restaurants.

At ALBA London, Donnie leads a wine program dedicated to ultra-fine wines, featuring an exceptional selection of icons such as Masseto, Soldera, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Domaine Leroy, Henri Jayer, and many more.
With a strong focus on sourcing and presenting some of the rarest bottles in the world, each selection is chosen to elevate the dining experience to its highest expression — pairing extraordinary cuisine with wines of true distinction.
Vallepicciola Wine Dinner
Save the date for the first eno-gastronomic dinner at ALBA London. On April 8th, join us for a 7-course dinner, perfectly paired with outstanding Vallepicciola wines. Lorenzo Cellai, a winemaker and the son of Alessando Cellai, GM of Vallepicciola, and Stefano Tortelli, ALBA's Executive Chef, will co-host the event and share with guests their inspiration for each course.
